Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

We were very hungry after a full day of snowboarding and got very excited with the menu, with brisket, pulled pork, back ribs... Unfortunately it was a disappointment. Brisket was cold and half of that was pure fat (I like moist brisket, but it was a large chunk of fat); pulled pork was "by mistake at the menu"; back ribs was dry; and my wife ordered a quinoa salad which was full of very ripe tomatoes. On the other hand, the waiter was very kind and tried as much as he could make us happy. We gave him a very good tip, since it was not his fault.

I liked eating here until the valets were extremely rude to my mother. Won’t ever be back to the hotel, much less the restaurant. Lots of better options in town.

Had a great server Nikki and manager food was great Flat Iron steak and Elk Brats. Had a Margarita and a Tennessee Lemonade. Enjoyed our time there

Don’t pass this place up because it’s a little out of the way. Local food, high effort by staff, great experience. Very unlike typical hotel restaurant for dinner.

Had a great burger at this place. Was staying at the hotel, so it was convenient, but would come back whether staying at the hotel or not. Great service, drinks, & food.

Great food and drinks. I had bison chilli was great appetizer. The best thing about this cafe is the people. They will do anything to make you happy . I saw them make a Mojito 3 times just to make a woman happy. When my Steak & Egges were undercooked fix that as well. Also, the only hotel in the Hilton chain that serves Diamond members Steak & Eggs that I know of and it is very good.

This was another great Thanksgiving at 9600 located in the doubletree hotel Breckenridge. We had a top notch meal with stellar service not only for our holiday dinner, but also all week at breakfast and dinner. This is our fifth year doing this and it is now an official tradition that will keep on going for years to come. Make your reservations early for a room and especially the thanksgiving meal.

Weird menu with a mix of too many different food origins/nationalities. One of the worst butcher boards I've had. Only one meat and plain cheeses

Great food, great staff, great happy hour, great views. Can’t go wrong for breakfast, dinner, or just a nice drink.

YOU GOTTA TRY THIS PLACE!! Excellent food and slightly off the beaten path. They have great food options if you’re vegan or vegetarian I got the wagyu steak and it was cooked perfectly. The chef even came out to our table. It was a nice personal touch. The service is excellent. They have the best bartenders in the city mixing up wonderful drinks! I got the Charlie’s maple Manhattan and hands down one of the best Manhattan’s I’ve had. Go check this place out you won’t regret it.

Nice breakfast with berries and breads. Dinner looked good and less expensive than many nearby locations.

Their chicken sandwich is absolutely phenomenal! Kaige the bar tender made my boyfriend and I the most amazing drinks. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

NYE buffet here was great! Idk what's up with people complaining about the brisket, because my family group of 7 are all raised in south central Texas and we all found the meat to be delicious! Great service and good ambiance. Would go again!

The waitstaff were inexperienced and inattentive. They were very involved with their own conversations and we had to ask for everything we needed, nothing was offered. They didn't find anything wrong with us getting up to refill our coffees since they didn't bother.

9600 kitchen is a relaxed setting for a restaurant with scenic mountain views just out of their huge wall of windows! They have vegan, vegetarian, AND gluten free options on their current summer menu!

Food was great everyone loved their dishes. Elk Bolognese was spot on. Chef Brian put out a great spread.

Food was above what I expected for a restaurant in a hotel. Appetizer cold cut and cheese plate disappeared quickly as we devoured the contents. Fried chicken is very good here. Try it! Crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. Prices are high but what do you expect for a Hilton restaurant right on the slope.

This was some of the nastiest food I've ever tasted in my life. The bread was stale and the butter was frozen. The menu is extremely limited and it had weird food like deer and Buffalo meat inside of meat loaf, the vegetables were hard and lacked flavor. I had salmon with a sweet glaze over black risotto. The salmon was under cooked and so was the risotto. And the flavors did not mesh well. This chef needs to be fired.

I had the red trout and it was absolute fire. Staff was super short staffed but they were on it. Views were also top notch.

Skip the breakfast buffet. The kind of buffet you get for free at other hotels. But it isn't as good and they charge you $19. You're better off walking the half mile to some good food.

Pretty good breakfast buffet with GREAT light, yummy cinnamon buns and fresh croissants.

Wedge salad was inedible. The rest of the food was sub-par.

Worse service ever. Waited over 45 minutes for salad and the restaurant was barely half full. The hostess “went to check” and never returned. Go anywhere else but here

Absolutely outstanding! The farm to table concept works great for them. Absolutely the best service I have ever had anywhere. Food was also amazing. Make sure to start off with the Thai chili smoked wings. If in Breckenridge stop by the Hilton double tree and treat yourself!!!!!

THERE IS NOTHING GOOD HERE THE WORST FOOD EVER. I have never in my life had bread for the birds like I did last night. The bread was the hardest stone like bread ever. The meat was disgusting and once we all got to the room upstairs we threw up everything. That steak was old and made me and my two other girlfriends throw up. I never have thrown up after dinner at a “steak house”. The meat was chewy and the food overall was ridiculously expensive for nothing. $179 3 nasty meats and STONE LIKE BREAD.

I had vegetarian stuffed bell pepper. It was disgusting. It was drowning in oil. There was a half cup of oil. It was unbeatable

Didn't know this was in a hotel. Trying to come up with something nice to say. Staff was friendly. The manager was attentive for the second half of the meal. Burger was cooked well, otherwise, it was absolutely awful. Waited forever for the server to come to the table despite him having the table next to us (the only other people in the restaurant) and didn't have so much as water until well after he had taken our order. Never sent a drink back in my life, but when served a little warm syrupy sweet concoction after I was assured it was not sweet, I asked them to shake it with ice and add some lemon juice in order to drink it, which they did, But i was still charged full price for it. Food was cold and drowned in salt, though it did come out quickly. Appetizer and bread were completely inedible. Wow, just wow.

Food was great

Didn't eat dinner, but the butcher board and drinks were a bit below expectations. The meats and cheeses were very dry, and the spreads were somewhat bland. The staff was very nice though.

Everyone at this place puts a lot of effort into what they do and you can tell based on the service and food. They always have a smile and the cooks just know what they’re doing with every plate. I would recommend this place to anyone plus it’s right next base 9 where you can go and hike up to the mountain or during winter time you can ski. Check it out and you won’t be disappointed. It’s a good place with good people and that’s always the key!

We had a great meal here! The drinks and food were excellent with plenty of vegetation/pescatarian options. The overall service including from our server Jeff was friendly and accommodating. This place definitely deserves a high review.

Friendly staff and they have great drinks!

Ribs were bad. Over seasoned and burnt. Brisket was mainly fat and some parts were beef jerky dry. Not worth the wait.

Absolutely the slowest service and the food is not worth the time. I’m staying at the hotel and only going to the restaurant for convenience

I had a wagyu ribeye steak special. Easily one of the best steaks I've ever had! Hats off to the chef, perfect amount of char on a medium rare steak.
